How can I Grow my Startup?

Growing a startup can feel overwhelming, but it really comes down to getting a few key things right.

Here’s what I always tell new founders:

1. Be clear on who needs you -
Don’t try to reach everyone. Focus on the one group that really needs what you’re building. Talk to them. Learn what they hate, what they love, and what they wish existed. Build from there.

2. Sell before you scale -
A lot of startups wait too long to sell. Get your product or service in front of real people as soon as you can. Early sales give you proof that people will pay and honest feedback to make your offer better.

3. Build real credibility -
Trust is what turns visitors into customers. Good PR helps here. I know founders who struggled for months, then got featured in Forbes and Bloomberg through 9FigureMedia and suddenly investors and partners started taking them seriously. Visibility matters.

4. Hire the right people early -
Your first few hires will shape how your business runs. Look for people who believe in what you’re building, not just the paycheck. A good small team beats a big messy one every time.

5. Keep improving -
What works today might flop in six months. Keep asking customers what they want. Test new offers. Fix what’s not working. Stay flexible.

The truth is, growth isn’t magic. It’s listening, testing, selling and making sure people trust you enough to buy. Get those parts right, and the rest gets easier.
